We've always found the ownera of WBU stores to be the friendliest and best informed, with great items to help us 'bird better',and Gainesville's store is no exception. They've helped us solve some odd problems, helped us find the right bird feeding equipment and/or seeds or treats and they always seem to enjoy talking "birds" with us whenever we're there. The quality of the merchandise, and the quality of the people, are what keep us coming back. We feel pretty proud of our local store, and we know that the birds absolutely love the food we put out for them, making our birdwatching at home an absolute pleasure. Even in this coronovirus-stricken world we live in right now, they are careful, courteous and kind and they run their business well & follow guidelines to keep us all safe. We're glad they're here for us and the birds!

Love the store and the staff. There seems to be a couple new faces on staff so there was a little confusion finding thistle (in the back) but it all worked out.
