Staff is there to assist. After asking if they can assist, they will leave you to wander and look, not follow you around as is the case in some stores. Merchandise is well-displayed.

Store is very clean, staff is always helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, and always practicing proper Covid precautions. The store is exceptional.

They have what I need to make my birds and my grandkids happy; they have fun new stuff for gifts and decor; they are unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable. It is an appealing store!

You guys are great. I love the store as much as I love birds. I had a problem with putting my birdfeeder together and the clerk on duty (do not remember her name) was just great....so helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my use of your store is based on the amount of birds visiting my yard each year....that can vary, but I always buy my bird supplies at your store.
