The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the store's products. The birdseed is high quality and great at attracting birds. That's why this was not my first visit. There is other merchandise in the store that's fun and interesting.

The store is arranged with beautiful merchandise and makes the shopping experience very pleasurable. The staff is always very helpful at problem-solving squirrels and feeder problems. Wild birds unlimited stands by their merchandise.

Shopping at WBU is easily one of the most enjoyable retail experiences I’ve ever had. The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. They’re so patient with me (I forget the type of birdseed we buy all the time.) The owners have taken time to talk to me before and once insisted I accept a complimentary bag of seed after I off-handedly mentioned some mold issues with some seed! — I’m still not convinced it was anyone’s “fault,” but the gesture made me feel truly appreciated as a customer.

The staff is what makes WBU so special. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago I brought in a bird feeder that was several years old. They replaced a part and fixed it for free. Their service and friendliness can't be beat. I am always treated like family. The store is also stocked well, I have never gone to buy something and had it out of stock.
