Overall, the store made it very easy to order and pick up supplies. My only problem was that I could not use my Bird Bucks that I had received in store at an earlier date in the online store.

The staff is ways friendly and efficient. The store has a great selection of products for every type of birder. Their newsletter is always has helpful information.

Bubba & staff are always ready to answer any questions I have. The newsletter announcing that the Baltimore Orioles were returning was very informative. Thanks to the curbside pickup the last several months our birds have not abandoned us. The staff is always in great moods and enjoy their jobs it appears.
