The staff are great. They’re very knowledgeable of bird behavior and if the question is one they’re not certain of they tell you. But they always ask around to see if anyone else knows the answer. I like that.

Bubba always says hello using my name. The staff are always cheerful and eager to help. There is always new merchandise to browse through.

Prompt and friendly service. The sales clerk had a clear understanding of what I needed and took me straight to the product (window decals to prevent birds from flying into the windows.) She showed me the options and then took me straight to a register so I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

The associate, upon learning, I was going to be out of town for the September sale (which was why I was buying two bags of the sun chip feed) was nice enough to offer the 15% discount anyway.

Shopping at this wild bird store is like visiting friends. The layout is fun and I always enjoy wandering through the store at least once and sometimes two or three times. I like that the things I need are always stocked and things that are fun are always changing up.

Every time I go in, I receive excellent customer service. The employees are always helpful and kind. They have a lot of knowledge about local birds. It's my favorite store!
