My orders are easy to place over the phone, the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and my orders are ready quickly for easy contactless pickup.

Staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to help. They also have a great selection of items. I needed a replacement for a part of a hummingbird feeder and i was so pleased they sold just the part i needed without having to buy the whole feeder again.

I’ve been shopping at WBU since 2003. They are always available, even when busy, to answer questions. I always leave the store with a smile and products I came to buy.

The staff all know their stuff! I really count on their knowledge. I call it a "dangerous store" simply because there is always so much there that I want to buy!

It's just a fun store to visit. I also love the video of birds, hummingbirds currently, that is seasonal and ongoing.
