Friendly and knowledgeable satff.

The staff here is always friendly and quite knowledgeable. The restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of Covid are, I believe, unnecessary and cumbersome and reduce the profitability of this store. For me personally, having to wear a mask while I shop made me cut my trip short because it is difficult to breathe beneath this mask. I feel for the staff who are required to wear them all day long. I look forward to a day, very soon, when we can once again shop unmasked for as long as we like with as many people as the store can hold! Kudos to the staff for remaining friendly and helpful despite these very uncomfortable, inconvenient and limiting restrictions!

Bubba Scales is great. He is knowledgeble. He answers my questions.

Bubba and staff are always efficient and friendly. If I have questions they are always there with great answers. Am grateful for the large variety of products especially the hot taste varieties that I can use to avoid the ravenous squirrels.

You always have good birdseed, but one of your clerks helped me identify a cactus in my yard. She looked it up and gave me lots of good info. Above and beyond!

The products I wanted were in stock. I also qualified for the $10 bird bucks.

They had the items I wanted in stock and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. In addition, they were helpful in pulling information from internet and printing instructions out for me so I can reset a product I bought from them a year ago, and told me to bring the item to them if I could not reset it myself.
