After the holidays there are always things you are out of. This is to be expected, and I was not surprised. It also means I will get to come in again soon! :-)

Two items I had previously purchased, and really liked and wanted to buy as a gift for a family member, are no longer carried

Even with discounts bird seed is so expensive I’m retired and live on a fixed income. Love your store.

Only reason I wasn't highly satisfied is they don't have the same live meal worm deals that the Tallahassee store has. Tallahassee has a container of 3000 for $30. I would purchase regularly if Gainesville store did but I end up ordering online elsewhere to get a better deal then what my store offers.

You need more variety of "bird coffee" in the whole bean format.

I felt the overall experience was good. Helpful staff beautiful store very knowledgeable. But you where out of a couple items I had come for .

Overall ambiance or lack of; staff are not overly friendly or knowledgeable. Have never seen the new owner in the store. The products are still the same, expensive but good quality.

No one greeted me when I came in although both employees looked up when I entered. I had to ask the person who rang up my purchases to carry my large, heavy bag to my car.

Price if bird seed has risen to over $2 per pound. This has made a significant change in my ability to continue to buy bird seed at this location

I am a Saving Club Member. At checkout with my 20 lb bag of bird food I noted that but also said I got an email saying I could save $5 off a $25 purchase. So I asked at check out if I could combine the $5 off with my 15% Savings Club discount. I didn't get an answer, just a nod and figured I was able to combine the two. But when I looked at the receipt when I got home the only deduction was the $5. So my question is: are you unable to combine discounts or was my purchase rung up incorrectly?
