Wild Birds Unlimited

Haven't had the plain SuperSuet® (No-Melt) in stock, only the Hot Pepper SuperSuet® (No-Melt). I've been buying the plain for years and prefer it to the Hot Pepper.

Did not feel visit was a highly satisfied rating. No particular reason.

I wish the prices were better.

When Bubba and Ingrid owned the store they went out of their way to greet customers personally and by name. Now no one knows your name or seems to care about knowing you. I had a birthday coupon (my birthday is in October) and was told I could not use the coupon because October was over. I explained that we only live in Gainesville seasonally and are not even in town in October and that Bubba’s staff always accepted the coupon after we got back to town. I asked the salesperson to change my birthday month to December in the system to hopefully rectify the problem in the future. But, given the literally thousands of dollars I have spent at the store over the years, it was insulting to be told I could not use a simple once-year coupon for 5 pounds of birdseed!

The store is lovely and the staff are amazing! The prices are high for certain items. There were a couple of items I wanted but the choices were limited. Overall, a fantastic store that I will always support!

Store clerks didn't impress me a real and experienced Backyard Birders.

I realize there are problems but I really prefer the enriched safflower seeds.

Great merchandise and a wonderful staff.

WBU pricing has gone through the roof. Maybe it's real, maybe it's a trend. Unfortunately for WBU as prices exceed one's ability to pay, they no longer buy for birds, or at least at the most expensive source to buy for birds in the nation.

Price of the bird food. I've been a customer since the beginning and now thinking about finding a less expensive bird food.
