I needed a pole that was sturdy and stable so that it would not get knocked over by raccoons. I have only had it for a few days, but so far, so good!

Full staff, knowledgeable staff, friendly staff. Greeted on arrival, immediately asked if assistance is required. Not me but another customer received assistance carrying items to car from two staff members. Quality of merchandise, and discounted price to members.

The staff always knows about the merchandise. Since I'm handicapped, they bring my purchases to my car. My gourmet birds love your products.
