I came in for Nutri-saft seed and discovered it is not available, probably for a year! But the employee even looked up on-line where it is grown when I asked. Not the fault of WBU.

Miss the knowledge and friendliness of the previous owners. Present owners are ok but nothing outstanding, they do not know and likely do not want to know their customers very well. Service component of previous owners is absent. I only go there because the merchandise is very good.

I feel like the price for the frequent customer discount offer that’s always made is too high given the number of times I’m likely to shop in the store (2, 3 times a year, I tend to shop “big” but less frequently), so I wish that felt more like a fair deal, because I do end up spending a decent amount, and the merchandise is not inexpensive, by any stretch, though I know the quality will be good. Two cents.

Price of bird food went up significantly and now I see a seed sale - think the information should have been shared with me. I buy alot of seed
