Difficult to adjust to a new management. I am a long term customer and Bubba knew me by name. The lady that was there with Bubba is a major asset for you. The other employees that I have encountered do not have knowledge or personality. I will continue to buy my bird seed, suet, etc there but have no idea who the new owners are.

I bought 4 items which were put into 2 large bags which were heavy. The person helping me did not offer to carry at least one of the bags to my car. I had to ask him.

Masks should not be mandatory to shop for fully vaccinated people. Prices are a bit high. Staff was exceptional. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Had to wear mask even though CDC said no and I was vaccinated four months ago.

I was highly satisfied with my visit except that the little whistling bird wine stoppers are on back order. Certainly not the store’s fault, ad I’m sure they sell out regularly!
