Did not provide good instructions on setting up. Neither feeder has a place for the bird to land . I have a lot of cardinals and woodpeckers around ...I guess I’ll see if this will work. The thing that hold the seed cylinder has nothing to sit on either.

I wanted a clear reason for my empty blue bird house. My guess is that what I wanted was not feasible. It is clear that Gainesville WBU is a truly great place with wonderful people.

Disappointed in not being able to get a new feeder to replace my old one, but understand inventory issues these days. On the waiting list for a Dinner Bell. Hope it comes in soon. Had a coupon for a discount. Hope it is still usable.

I was Satisfied with my experience at WBU! The Highly Satisfied and other descriptors are subjective. I was Satisfied; however if it will make a difference for the survey, I can change the rating to Highly Satisfied!

I found the prices to be exorbitant. Also, the sales clerk was new and wasn't very knowledgeable, though she was quite nice and helpful and asked the other clerk for answers.

The store was crowded. Staying socially distant was impossible. Short staffed that day, but they were apologetic.

I do not care to argue with the staff. The clerk had a bit of a poor attitude. I insisted that she look up my last purchase.
