I bought a 4-pack of butterfly window decals but could only get 2 off easily. The other two would come off only with paper on them. I brought them back next week and the sales lady was very helpful, but you were out of the butterflies. She replaced them with a hummingbird pack which have worked very well.

I am always impressed with this stores offerings. There is always something different for the birder. But in recent years I have noticed a dramatic decline in the types and variety of bird foods and a constant increase in feed price. $50 for a bag of seed is most prohibative. This was always the bulk of my purchase (except at Christmas time) but the last several times I have been in I have left with only suet or mealworms. Sorry but I will continue to find other stores to meet my needs.

It's not that I'm not satisfied, it's that your prices are very expensive. I can get same products (same quality) at other vendors, less expensive. You have a right to charge whatever you want, but when I watch some suet go up over four dollars in one year, and I can pay less than half somewhere else for same quality, I will go there. Although WBU has everything in one place, it is not my first preference when I need bird supplies.

I had talked to someone on the phone about getting a replacement for the broken tube on my "Eliminator." She told me I could pick one up anytime. She did not tell me they were in short supply and she did not reserve one for me. I drove to your store to buy "Eliminators" for gifts, which I was happy to get, but was disappointed that the replacement tube was not available. Now I have to go back - at least a 45 minute drive for me. That's why I wasn't completely happy with my trip to WBU. Also - I would have purchased peanuts for my peanut feeder, but was shocked at the price. I think I'll get the ones for human consumption, which are cheaper.

Hi, so I liked how you sent me the coupon for the five dollars off so I came in and I purchased a bag of bird food. I have been a WVU customer since Bubba opened the shop the first day. And I know you are new owners and you’ve made some great inventory improvements. What my issue is is, I bought a very expensive birdfeeder from you and all I needed was a small replacement part And even though the girl said one was in the back then she went back there and said it wasn’t there. And I just feel frustrated with that because when you spend $30-$50 on a birdfeeder and then the promises always come back if you ever need a part or a cleaning or something like that and that just didn’t happen for me. So yes, I’ll return to the store because there’s no other option in Gainesville but not really happy with the fact I couldn’t get the birdfeeder fixed. if you wanna call me at 352-262-7095 I’ll send you a picture of what I’m needing and maybe you would be kind enough to get the part

Prices are much higher than before. Even with my club discount my 2 bags were $60 (used to be about $35 I think) and I am positive it did not cost that much before. Getting too expensive to feed the birds.

Because when I checked out I had 10.00 in bird bucks and a $5.00 coupon and he didn’t take that off my bill that was well over 100.00, I kept my receipt It’s just I live south of Micanopy and didn’t check my receipt until I got home
