Order (pole) still not received. Turns out a week later, you’ve still not shipped. USPS has a service where you can request a pickup then nothing is left behind. Suggest you use it.

I wrote a note specifically asking for it ot to be packaged by someone with cologne or patchouli as I am highly allergic. This request has always been respected until this order.

i bought a large bag of seed and at least 5 to 6 cakes. I was not told that a sale was happening (in one week) until I was leaving store. I have been a member for years. Very disappointed.

The store and staff are GREAT! Always very helpful and able to answer any questions or provide insight to help purchase appropriate product. They share the customers passion also of the birds, the environment and durable/excellent quality products. Love my birds and Love the store and staff!!

I was looking for a bird feeder to place on top of my rod iron bird tree I had purchased 16 years ago,(the bird feeder was made out of wood). She showed the perfect one to replace mine not made out of wood I'm sure it will last as long or longer. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much Vicky Quinn

3 employees were there. I immediately walked in and picked up my product and proceeded to the register. She was on the phone and the 2nd cashier was chatting with a customer who was NOT checking out and 3rd cashier said someone will be with you in a moment...as she STOOD THERE chatting with the 2nd cashier and customer (not checking out). I stood there for almost 5 minutes and when the other customer went back to shopping, the 3rd cashier (who was doing nothing) said sorry for the wait and checked me out. Then in a smirk said have a great day!!! Unprofessional and rude. By the way she had the blue hair.

The owner, apparently, from the back of the store yelled at me to put the mask over my nose. I have a breathing problem and I regret not walking out immediately and refusing to make a purchase. I will never be back to re-experience such a fascist attitude.
