Staff asked if they could help, and they provided excellent answers to my questions.

The Gainesville store had plenty of the capsaicin-laced birdseed that I use to keep squirrels away from my three bird feeders - both blocks that hang and my fly-through feeder for loose seed. Also, the employee whose name is I believe Chance is a wealth of additional bird info due to his extra knowledge of ornithology, but everyone is very friendly and helpful each time I visit the store.
