Wild Birds Unlimited

It was my first visit. I am new to feeding wild birds and I had many questions. Staff was friendly, happy to answer my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable.

The store is really clean and the staff is friendly.

I feel like I get good merchandise from Wild Birds and while I don't usually need help, I feel like anyone there can assist with any questions I ask.

First, the store is so pleasant to go into - especially with the bird video playing behind the counter. Then the staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable about what birds are currently in the area, what seeds are in the various blends and what is best to attract the birds in our area. The quality of the bird food and the equipment (feeders, houses, poles, hangers, etc) is truly excellent! I have had a squirrel-proof feeder for many years and WBU always backs up the lifetime warranty. I LOVE this store and am so happy to have it in Gainesville.

friendly service and good products

Grayson was very helpful (as all the store members have been, whenever I visit). I was unsure which feeder I purchased previously and he told me he could look in the store record and let me know. He directed me to the appropriate item I needed as an accessory to the feeder. Although it may seem like a small thing, I didn't realize he could look up the feeder, and his willingness to make it easy for me to make the desired purchase was most appreciated. He even took time to explain how to attach the item to my feeder. Kudos to this store and its choice of employees. Every visit encourages me to visit again. Team members are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient!

Wild Birds is a wonderful store with great products for bird lovers like me.

Quality of product and service, overall friendliness of staff. And, under prd ious ownership/management, this store was supportive and helpful to Four Rivers Audubon, even donated merchandise for use as awards for activities/events.
