Helpful replacing my previous feeder that was damaged in a storm

Wonderful people. When we couldn't find a shirt in our size, the staff found it for us.

Donna was extremely helpful and nice. She worked very hard trying to get help with the chimes that we sent in to have fixed. I appreciate all that she did to get information and ultimately to get the chimes returned. She also made the gift card I purchased very special by putting it in a bag with tissue, bow and a small bag of seed. It is a gift I am so pleased to give. I also enjoyed looking at the selection of gift items in the store and ended up buying several things I had not planned to buy.

I asked to trade my birthday birdseed gift for a suet cake as I do not use seed. My request was granted and I left the store with an extra suet cake. The birds and I are happy about the exchange.

The birdseed I regularly order from WBU is always high quality, well packaged, and delivered in a timely manner.

Employees are always very personable…great with customer service and usually have some good general knowledge or better about the products you are buying. Always a nice experience to shop here. Lots of amazing things to buy besides bird stuff…great selection!
