Staff is always very helpful and we consistently find what we are looking for.

I have not been able to come to the store due to my husbands medical problems and every time I have ordered online it has arrived correctly and on time. Plus I’m very happy with the products.

I enjoy going in to the store and seeing the selection available. The quality is very good. When I have questions the knowledgeable staff have the answers. they also don't wait for you to come to them they ask you if you need help or have any questions

The store was busy on October 1, 2022, however each employee approached me to offer assistance. I received instruction/information on bird food and birds that I had not previously known.

I love that the staff can look up the exact seed that I bought previously, because I don't always remember. Love with the help to the car with the seed.

I was delighted by the helpfulness, knowledge, and kindness of the staff. I was overwhelmed by all the products and a sweet young man asked me if I needed help and a lovely young woman assisted me, asked pertinent questions, and when she found out my purchase was a gift for my 83 year old father, she provided a gift bag of bird seed and well wishes for his birthday. So nice!
