WBU always has the food and supplies I need for our birds. We have purchase 3 pole feeder systems.

It is such a beautiful store! The selection is great! Staff is friendly and is such a relaxing experience.

Your staff are extremely helpful and also engage readily with customers in the store. I bought a bluebird house and a shield for the door to prevent woodpeckers from enlarging the opening, and one of the workers there that day installed the shield onto the birdhouse while I was checking out. Very helpful - above and beyond! The house was a gift and was very well-received. Thank you BU!

The young man that helped me was charming and enthusiastic and seemed to know the products. The lady at checkout was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wonder about is I bought millet seed and only found out when I got home that a platform feeder was recommended for that type of seed. I might have purchased one while in the store if that had been pointed out to me.

Went in to specifically get type of bird seed that I was after. They had the type seeds that I wanted plus the location in the store was what I expected. The staff was very friendly and I will return.

The employee that took care of me was very friendly and took special care of the merchandise I purchased.
