It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Store was peaceful and I loved the birdsong sound effects - a relief from typical canned muzak. Great selections of high quality bird supplies. The birds thank you!

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; the store is clean and the displays are attractive; plus there's everything and more than I was looking for, which makes for fun, interesting and rewarding shopping, as well as providing great gift ideas. On my most recent visit, 5 lb. bags of safflower seed were unavailable but I was nevertheless able to purchase the two bags I needed because the staff broke down the 20 lb. bag they had in stock into the 5 lb. size I was looking for.

I can always call them and explain my needs and they know how to help you. That is why I use the Gainesville store even though it has been 6years since I have been in the store.
