I was planning on adding a tray to my other bird feeders. The person helping me knew exactly the types of feed that should be considered since I was hoping to attract insectivores.

I love going into the store and seeing all the new products. Everything is displayed nicely and it’s fun to shop. Sales Associates are always pleasant and helpful.

Love the Gainesville store! Clean, staff courteous and knowlegeable, always stocked. Love especially the gift items and garden items! Love the flags too! Love it that I can shop in a locally owned store!

Both staff members went out of their way to help me. They explained which feeders and seed would help attract the birds I wanted to see. They also helped me carry all of my purchases to my car. Extremely friendly staff but not overbearing.

got my free birthday bag of seed and they put it in the computer by the time I had picked up the bag, so no additional checkout. in and out in under a minute. normally I shop longer, for gifts, but was in a hurry so grateful for the fast and expert service.

The store has always remembered my birthday with an invitation to stop by the store and pick up my 5# bag of seed. That in itself draws me to visit. While in the store I look for gifts for others or additions to my feeders. I always find something new and different to give to bird loving family and friends.

Great staff experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of merchandise and everything seems to be high quality.
