I arrived with an idea of what I needed. I explained it to the staff and was shown items that fit my needs. Then additional suggestions were made with explanations of how and why they might better fit my needs. My husband is very pleased with the bird feeder and seed that I brought him. He is difficult to buy for as he always says he doesn't want or need anything. But while I've been out of town, he's been sending me text about and pics of the birds visiting the new feeder. So it's a hit!
