Happy to have local franchise available in Gainesville. I encountered very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who creatively offered suggestions and products. Only issue was no hanging chains available for my existing feeder. Went to ACE Hardware, so still shopped local.

The merchandise I wanted was in the store. The staff answered questions about feeding hummingbirds. Staff recommended one item over another and gave the reasons and I appreciated the interaction.
