Usually I shop for bird seed, but this time I really wanted a pop up card. The sales associate helped me find one. Mission accomplished very quickly.

The Nesting Blend was shown in an email and was readily available at the store. The birds do seem to like it.

Upon entering , was greeted in friendly manner! Then I asked a question, the sweet lady understood exactly what I was asking & had the answer! Not only did she understand my gift was missing a piece( the pole for standing hummingbird feeder wasn’t in gift) she stated ,”of course I understand, it won’t work without it. Let me just look in the back to see if there is another one. She came back with it in her hand, wouldn’t let me pay for it! She was gracious & helpful , offered instructions to help!

With the days after the reopening from the pandemic, This store has always greeted me and inquired if they can help with a purchase. They are knowledgeable of the products they have in stock. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I receive. As an armature bird enthusiast, my knowledge of the local birds is lacking. She was marvelous of making me feel comfortable with starting a feeder. When I purchase my next feed, I was amazed that she remembered me from the last time I was in the store!

We always find what we want and usually learn something new.
