The store is attractive and full of ideas for creating an imaginative outdoor space at home to attract birds to. I also like the books and activities for introducing children to nature.

The store is full of food and feeders for every type of bird in the area. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, even offering to carry items to your vehicle.

The only "problem" I had was that you were out the bark butter wheel. I inquired if there was some that I was missing and the young lady that helped me showed me something else that the Baltimore Orioles enjoyed, also and even showed me a video of them eating hers. She seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and helping people with their birding. I love looking at all the pretties and the options, although I am budget limited.

They have everything we need including excellent service and advice!

The staff are knowledgeable. They ask which birds we are seeing at our feeders, and they tell us which birds are being seen around town. That is helpful. Recently my husband retired and took over managing the feeders. He has added new things and learned a lot, and he is now really good at identifying unusual birds who come to the feeders. He does the shopping at your store sometimes and enjoys making choices about which seed mixes to put out for the birds. He gets a big kick out of putting out peanuts in the shell for the crows. He watches all the different ways they approach the problem solving task of getting the peanuts out of the hopper. It's great entertainment for us and the crows like to think they are getting away with mischief.

I like the knowlege the staff has of local birds and I frequently look for family gifts since there is a nice selection of nature related items and books.

I found the staff member that I worked with to be extremely knowledgeable, and informative. All of my questions were answered, some before I even got a chance to ask! I don't remember her name, but she had dark hair and glasses.
