I'm a novice with the whole birding thing. The staff at this store are super knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of products sold in the store far exceed what the big box stores sell.

The staff let me in the store even though it was a few minutes after closing time and they went ahead and accepted my return and refunded my money. On another visit, I was able to buy more of the Life is Good shirts I love so much and exchange ones that were not the right size. Also, I love that they have a record of all my purchases under my name in case I misplace my receipt. They are wonderful and cheerful shirt folders and re-folders no matter how many I try on and how many I buy. Also, I love that this WBU donates bird seed to the Gainesville Opportunity Center where I am a Member and which is a beloved good cause to which I am very devoted.

It’s visually attractive and the staff is known and super fresh.
