I was searching for a new bird feeder and looking at squirrel proof feeders but they seemed expensive. Salesperson showed me another section of store that had less expensive feeders. This worked out well because I showed her a picture of my existing set up and it already had a baffle. She then asked when my birthday was and gave me a free bag of feed because my birthday was in this month. I was very pleased and the birds are happy too.

It was like a reunion, meeting the new owners, getting to wish the old owners good luck and swap stories about the birds in our yards.

We have been customers for a number of years and have always enjoyed the experience. For us, it is over a 60 mile trip, but worth the drive. Looking forward to interacting with the new crew.
