Roy was great and helped me right away and informed me of a sale they were having which made me happy! I got what I needed very quickly and was very satisfied!

Roy was extremely helpful finding things to solving difficulties with a pesky racoon. I purchased a guarded cage for small birds and he showed me how to take it apart and put the tube feeder inside of it. He also introduced me to the Merlin app and youtube channel. I enjoyed my visit to the store, joined the club and will be back. Unfortunately I don't live close enough to be there as often as I would like to be.

Friendly employees. The young college girl (I can't remember her name)that I talked with on my very first visit at this store, was Super informative and friendly. My husband and I went back the next day to make a purchase and became members. I will be back to purchase more food...my feather visitors love your feeder/food/seeds.
