You carry high quality product. Some of it has gotten a bit over priced. You used to run promotions that ran for a much longer time, which I was always able to take advantage of. Now your promotions, at least for the most part, do not run for a very long time. Most of which I am NOT able to take advantage of. Please be aware of this. Thank you so much. Run the promotions for a longer time.

Such a great shop! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of birding!! Also had a great selection of other bird items.Everything is such high quality! More places should be like this!! Great customer service!!

The employees greeted me as soon as I stepped in the store but gave me plenty of time to shop without pressuring or "hard selling" me. The selection and prices were a great surprise and the membership made them an even better deal. All in all, I'm glad I found the store and look forward to coming back soon.

This store looks better than I've ever seen it! The people that work there are awesome! They have even have come to my house to help, I am a lifetime customer! Have gotten others to shop there, people are amazed with all the things you have for birds, keep up the fantastic work!

Every time I've gone into the store, the helpers have been very gracious with their time and their knowledge. I love shopping there! My backyard birds love it, too.

This was our first visit to a bird store! Seth was the best!!! We just moved to NWA to a backyard that actually has trees and I put out a regular little feeder with stuff from Walmart because that’s all I knew! But it’s become such a fascinating experience I wanted to know more and Seth was so knowledgeable and helpful!! I signed up for the membership and got some goodies for my birds to try and I’m on my way to a new hobby thanks to Seth and y’all!! :) :)
