I am new to the area and I had a lot of questions. Seth did a great job of patiently answering my questions and waiting for me to decide what I wanted to do. He also carried the heavy seed bag out to the car without my asking, which I really appreciated.

The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable--not only about the products offered in the store, but also about local birds and their habits.

The personnel in the store are always helpful. Seth waited on me today and noticed that I needed a Band-Aid for a cut on my finger and got one for me as he was helping me with my order.
