Lauren and Erin helped me with my starling problem, questions about meal worms, and carried a bag of food out to my vehicle. They were friendly, informative and really enjoyable to talk to.

I was so taken by the caring attitude of the people working at the store. One girl had only been on the job for 3 days, yet she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend shopping at this shop and do expect to return for all my needs concerning feeding birds, etc. It was a very pleasant experience.

The staff is always engaging and knowledgeable. I always feel like I leave with more knowledge than I came in with. The products are great quality and usually things I haven’t seen in other places. They are always so kind to my inquisitive daughter and that means the most. They are definitely cultivating the next generation of customers.
