The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take time with me and with my daughter. Each time I leave, I feel like I have enhanced my daughters knowledge and love for birds. I always feel like I’m getting good quality products. My favorite thing is that the staff works with me to problem solve issues I have in my yard and with my feeders.

I was looking for a feeder that would attract cardinals. Seth was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He even carried the birdseed to my car. Your store has more options than I knew were available so I was able to get a hummingbird feeder and a few other items. Every time I stop by I’m greeted kindly by staff and get all my questions answered. Fantastic experience!
