Lex was great! He was very helpful with my challenges to hanging birdfeeders as I have a difficult location where I want them hung. He listened and gave me several options. He was also extremely knowledgeable with products and answered all my questions. He never rushed me nor was he pushy. Loved several products I saw in the store and they're on my wish list.

I'm just getting started with feeding the birds and Seth was extremely helpful in directing me the in the right direction. I know the prices seem a little higher but I have not had a good experience with lesser quality products. You get what you pay for!!
