I found the owner, Ms Ruth wonderfully delightful and very knowledgeable. Seth, her associate spent quite a bit of time with me picking out the most perfect bird seed. My goal was to create a bird sanctuary outside my living room, where my cats, perched in their cat tree now have an inexhaustible supply of cat TV. I've never seen them so happy.

The young man working on the day of my purchase was extremely helpful and offered great information. His bird knowledge is excellent and his customer service and kindness are so appreciated.

Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I spent a good amount of time (and money) in the store and they were patient and answered so many questions regarding things such as types of birds I wanted to attract (how to), right feed, and explained products I had not used in my yard before.
