The clerk was helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. She chatted with me about merchandise for a future purchase that I plan on making. My only wish is that the store was larger so it could carry more products similar to the one I shopped at in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The prices of feeders and seed are ridiculously too high. It is necessary for me to buy seed there because the products are better for the birds. But when I find a feeder I like I go home and find it much cheaper online. I feel like I am being taken advantage of at your store.

I rarely give anything true top ranking.

Out of safflower seed! Had to go 3 times before seed arrived!

It’s always a pleasant shopping experience at my local WBU. Recently the store has been out of stock on a couple of items I wanted, though. Not a big deal, but that is why I rated the experience “satisfied” rather than “highly satisfied”.

A customer came into the store after me and got all the attention while I was ready to check out.

Price of bagged bird seed seems fairly overpriced.
