Seth is very good with product knowledge. But he does NOT smile or a very positive attitude. Maybe most people would not think that is not important. I do. He also does NOT ask any questions. Also your prices are starting to get just a bit too high, even for a quality product.

When I got home the next day I had an email that I had a gift or special deal due to me. I live an hour away in Eureka Springs. I had just joined the $25.00 club that day as well.

I have been a customer of Wild Birds for many years. The quality of the merchandise is top rate and I enjoy shopping at their stores. I have been in stores in Fort Smith (now closed) Little Rock and Rogers. very consistent in each store. I highly recommend/

I was surprised that even though the store owner wore a mask to protect customers from Covid-19 that her employee was not wearing a mask to protect customers from the virus. However, I’m sure it is difficult to get employees who will risk exposure to the public during this global pandemic.
