I needed a pole set up, with a particular fitting to use with my Bird Buddy Feeder. The manager was there and knew just what I needed to make it work. He explained the set up, and I had no problems doing it when I got home.

Ive been shopping here for years. Reliably good service, products and education about birds, feeding, cultivating a bird friendly backyard. Excellent products. Much more fun to go into the shop because of the great customer service.
