Merchandise is beautifully displayed, with wonderful selection -- especially for gifts at this time of year. (Didn't know they even carried puzzles!) Cashier (might be one of the owners?) has delightful personality and is very knowledgeable. I live more than 20 minutes away from store but it's worth it make the trip for this store. Also, I loved the video of the feeder with birdsong playing in the store.

I love the products and how easy it is to have them delivered since our store in Johnson City closed. Love the birdseed! I am wondering how I can redeem the coupons I received in the mail since I don't go to the store in person.

i had a broken bird feeder. i stopped in there to look for a replacement and the girl that was working there said maybe we can replace the part. since i was out of town, i sent a picture of the feeder to the store (our local Wild Birds store had closed) and they got back to me quickly with the cost of the replacement and how long it would take to get. Everyone i spoke to regarding this was very helpful and friendly.

The woman Jennifer who waited on us was very helpful and patient and knowledgable. My husband and I got to ask questions about birds and she had great answers
