We were greeted as we entered the store and as we shopped, we were ask if they could help. the product we purchased was very good and the birds love it.

Bought a feeder. 97 dollars is way too much Especially since I had to purchase the hanger separately gor 7 dollars more. All feeders were way overpriced in my opinion.

We used to be members but the staff member (who remembered us) could not find our membership in the computer system. After several attempts to serach for it in different ways (name, email, alternate name) we finally bought another membership. Our previous membership may have expired but we don't recall receiving any notice that it was expiring. In any event, the staff member (Jennifer) was very helpful and went out of her way to figure out what happened and to resolve the issue.

The clerk was obviously very ill. She was coughing, sneezing, blowing her nose, clearing her throat, etc. But, she wasn't wearing a mask. Someone who is this ill should either be off on sick leave, reassigned to a position where she doesn't come in contact with the customers, or, at the very least, wearing a mask. It is highly likely that she had RSV, flu, or COVID, and she was definitely disseminating virus in the store. In this situation, all customers are at risk for infection. I nearly left without completing my purchase, but as I was already potentially infected, I rushed through to complete my visit. I was masked, but that doesn't give 100% protection.

I wished the checkout person had asked me if I had a coupon (which I did) or bird bucks (which I didn't).

the cashier never once acknowledged me when I entered the store or offered assistance or asked I was shopping for something specific. She came across as downright unfriendly.

Some of the prices for items are on the high side. I only purchased the item I did because I can't find that exact item anywhere else so I'm willing to pay extra for exactly what I want. Otherwise, I'd buy more especially critter and bird food but I can find typically the same feed at much lower prices elsewhere.
