I found the prices to be high. I bought a suet feeder for $8.99, and then found the exact same item on Amazon for $2.16! While I like to support local business, and I appreciate the in-store expertise, I thought the price difference was exorbitant.

I asked about the frequent shopper cards. I forgot mine at home, and asked for new ones to tally the new items I purchased. I was given one blank card and told I could fill it in myself. I questioned this as the card system as I have known it over the years has been quite tedious (I have not yet gotten a freebie despite years of shopping these! There are so many kinds!). I took the blank card and will bring my receipt to the store if my initials are questioned upon my next purchase.

It takes a lot for me to offer up a highly likely. That’s akin to a 9/10. Just doesn’t happen much from me as I believe there is always room for improvement

A problem came up at checkout with the two stores not being linked. My membership didn’t show up but I told the staff and they handled it in short tine. Not a big problem and staff was very good

The one and only problem we have is the Bark Butter (?) gets stuck in the feeder. We're working on solving the issue.

I had wanted to order via the website but I can't seem to verify my email address via the site. I called the store to see if it could be fixed but when the person at the other end suggest I order over the phone, I did, but the problem has not been resolved.
