I missed out on the fill a bag sale, because I was out of town on Friday. I visit the store on a regular basis and was hoping they would waive the deadline date.

They ran out of mealworms, not much the staff can do, but the only reason I would not be highly satisfied

Being "highly satisfied", in my opinion, means there's not much room for improvement, and in retail, there's always room to improve. This store started carrying a seed type not normally carried but over the course of the past several months it looks like that blend is not being carried. I didn't get a chance to ask why.

The products are too expensive. I understand higher cost of quality bird food, but not for items such as plastic birdbaths and "scoopers" for birdseed.

It's fast. It's efficient, just telling them what I want. They always help me load the car.

The salesperson acknowledged being new to the store. I order 4 bags of Choice birdseed and she collected 4 bags of No-Mess seed from the back. I think it was simply a matter for her of getting acclimated and also listening more carefully.

You sales person was coughing and did not look well. Made no apologies that she was coughing everywhere, even in front of customers.I should have immediately left, but, I had traveled some distance to secure bird seed.
