A lot of merchandise made in China. Why support repressive regimes that routinely violate human rights? Why not manufacture in the USA? So you think the Chinese government or factories are focused on caring for the environment, which is ostensibly what your company is about? It’s really disingenuous, don’t you think? Also when we walked in, the two young ladies behind the counter stayed on their phones rather than greeting us. They paid attention only when we brought merchandise to the counter.

Parts needed were not available, wouldn't sell display piece we needed. Told me she would call when shipment was checked in .she didn't call and sold what we needed.

I was told I would hear from the owner about an item I purchased and was not satisfied with. I still made another purchase and was hoping to hear from the store owner. As of today, I’ve heard nothing.

I have been dealing with Matt, and he seemed happy to drop off my order, since it is on his way home. I am 84 years old and have trouble lifting the see. Also I have bought all my equipment and food from you over the years. Suddenly I was charged $7 for delivery. I think it is excessive and rather a new sudden expense.

I was at the front door a minute or two before it opened. The girl inside unlocked the door but did not open it to let me in or greet me as you might expect. She simply unlocked the door and walked away. I am a long time customer..went over to bags of seed and reacquainted myself with the choices. No other customers or staff present and yet, the young woman did not asked if she could help me or did I have any questions. I went to the counter and told of my choice and paid. She was not friendly..did not look at me at all. The encounter strangely perfunctory and transactional. This is the second time I've encountered this kind of cold impersonal, unhelpful staff...she may have been the same person as last time. Thus, my dissatisfaction with my visit. When the manager is there, it is a much better and more Normal experience.

Bird feed discount was scheduled for the day AFTER I was there. Requested that I be given this discount as I travel a distance to the store. I strive to support local stores. After this, I’ll now use the convenience of the internet.

We were very interested in the advanced pole system for bird feeding. There was no information as a brochure or catalog available. How is one to know all of the parts and accessories to design a system. Customer service unhelpful.

I walked into the store and walked over to the sales counter and told her I had a coupon for bird seed. She said ok and just stood there with her arms crossed staring at me! I asked where the items were and she flung her arm up and pointed over there ( towards the corner of the store). The sales woman was very rude, unfriendly and arrogant, standing there with her arms crossed. I will never step foot in that store again nor will I recommend it. I am a good customer and have spent a lot of money buying bird seed there along with some feeders. Very disappointing experience.
