The female store clerk was rude. As I was asking about an item I needed help with she was abrupt and left me to help others. When I checked out she was curt and rude. I forgot to tell her about birthday coupon and she stated that there was no way to use it after gift cards were used towards the purchase which makes no sense to me as you can return items even if they were purchased using gift cards. I think she just didn’t want to be bothered. Very poor customer service!!

You sent the customer appreciation coupons as you do every year. I have always used them to buy enough seed to last most of the winter. I was told the coupons weren’t good for loose seed. The coupons were called customer appreciation. I was going to buy 3 20# bags plus suet. I bought 1 bag and suet. Disappointing to say the least.

I was highly satisfied with the experience... The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I actually purchased more than I had expected to based upon her ideas and recommendations.

Delivery was to the wrong address (two houses away, an empty house). I was never notified of the delivery time nor that it had been delivered. Delivery was only to the public sidewalk, where it sat overnight until a neighbor noticed it. Squirrels of course got into it.

I presented the clerk with a coupon for buy one feed cylinder, get one free. She told me the coupon was not being honored because it was a misprint. I contacted customer support and they told me that the coupon was not what it said, which is not true. Basically I have been called a liar.

I made a mistake if I incorrectly said I was not satisfied with my experience. I was very satisified with my experience. The staff was friendly and in the holiday mood. I loved the merchandise as it was different and displayed very nice. Very nice store.
