Having lost our local Wild Birds store, I was worried what that might mean for my birds. No worries at all-- the Fayetteville store where I now do all my online ordering has been fantastic. Orders are handled in a most timely and efficient manner. Any phone contact has been most helpful and courteous. Thank you for a great customer experience.

Beautiful store and Kelly was very friendly & helpful. Really miss WBU local store in Johnson City NY that closed but this store & their quality merchandise was worth driving over an hour to get to.

I enjoy going into the store. The layout of merchandise within the store makes sense. Items are not moved around, so it is easy for me to find what I am looking for. Products can be shipped from the other store if needed…I loved that when I bought a birdhouse that the hardware was put on by staff, actually the owner…My parents also shopped at the store when it was up on Route 5 by Kratz shoes and the church. My mom had a huge collection of the Audubon bird collection with bird calls. The grand kids played with them a lot.
