My daughter and I were just passing by the store and I decided to go in. Waste looking for anything in particular. Ended up buying a wind chime and saw some other things I might come back for at a later date. Fun pretty store

Jeff was very helpful when I placed the order, and we received it within 3 days. Previously, I had trouble with the WBU website, and two stores, Saratoga and Sapsucker Woods in Ithaca did not have the merchandise I needed. So, I was thrilled to reach the Syracuse WBU, hear that they had everything I was looking for, with their prices, and very prompt delivery. I will definitely return to them for all future WBU needs, and will let friends in the Otsego-Delaware Audubon Society know of my experience. thank you !
