I am always greeted with a friendly hello and is there anything I can help you with today. I am a club member. The prices are reasonable considering the prices of everything these days is increasing. The bird seed I purchase is always of high quality and I wouldn't consider using any other products in our yard for the birds. I always enjoy looking for other items in the store, whether it is a jigsaw puzzle, something for my garden or just a greeting card. The service is always outstanding and when I have a 'bird question' I am always given a helpful answer.

I love going into your store and viewing all of the lovely things for birds. I was looking for a good tube feeder brush and your young employee helped me find exactly what I needed.

It was easy to find the seed/suet I needed. Quality products.

Inquired about the different types of bird food and what types of birds I can expect to come to my feeder with the different types. Also suggestions of what type to use to reduce the food for squires that visit my feeders.

After I entered the store and looked around a little bit the young lady behind the counter came over and offered to help me with my selection of bird feed,. She was very knowledgeable and professional—very helpful for me! She should be commended for her courteous help.

The clerk and a customer were very helpful in helping find something to keep the raccoons, squirrels, woodchuck and chipmunks out of my bird feeder. They recommended the Habanero Oil which did the trick.

My 3 year old daughter picked up a feather from a display. Upon returning to the store to return it, the store clerk was able to support the importance of honesty to my daughter. She was so nice to me and my daughter, as the clerk said “you can keep it, because the display must have been shedding feathers “😉🤣
