The website is fabulous to use. The staff at the Fayetteville, NY store are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I have no idea how items are delivered so quickly but it is wonderful. The quality of the products is great and the birds are certainly happy with the food items.

The man who helped answer the many questions i had about adding a second feeder to my bird feeding pole was very knowledgeable and helpful.
