I had a problem with my bird feeder - the birds were not using it despite being filled with seeds. A very nice employee immediately diagnosed the problem (it needed to be cleaned), explained how to take the feeder apart and do it, then did it for me including adding fresh seed! Couldn’t be happier!

The staff is so helpful and friendly. Always offer to put items in my trunk for me. Give good advice re bird feeding, bird habits.

I only wish the store was closer to where we live, 40 miles away!
