Every staff person I have encountered since I started shopping there was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The birds that come to my feeders are satisfied with the bird food. Matt is wonderful! He delivered seed to my door at the beginning of the pandemic and that , I will forever be grateful and remember! First impressions are lasting impressions!

I have not been to the store since March, as the space is quite small and I wasn't sure how the staff could easily maintain social distancing. But I had to use my coupon so, I went early on a weekday morning. I was VERY pleased and surprised to see that COVID-19 safety practices were not only in place but being monitored and enforced. And as always, the staff is cheerful, professional and fun to talk too.

I switched up finch food on advice of seller and learned something about finches color variations in the winter in the process. Sure enough noticed it at my feeders and would not have if not for the employee. Always a pleasure at this store.

Layout of store and position of birdseed, which is what I come for most, close to door helps a lot. Static placement helps ease of shopping. Open floor layout helps movement through store w social distancing.

The person that I spoke with helped me to make a decision in what bird feeder and what bird food to purchase based on all her knowledge of the type of bird I was trying to attract.

This store is consistently a pleasure to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff/store has adapted to the Covid crisis smoothly.

Sue was excellent and very formative. I use to live a 1/2 block from your old location on Chapel St and my daughter Fallon and I would come in weekly and shop. I now live in Baldwinsville the best part of quarantine was feeding my birds. You have the best quality and selection of bird feeders and other products. Great gift ideas. I’ve always loved your store.
